Angel Beats! – 110

We’re getting closer on the finding out what the shadows actually are. It were thought that it was a computer virus which causes all these shadows to appear and attack. But after interrogating Kanade it seems that’s not the case. The investigation continues to whom or what could be behind it. For those who wanted to see Kanade with wings, you’re in luck as Kanade sprouts wings! in shock and awe

Naoto, Hinata and Otonashi’s first encounter with a shadow as Naoto almost gets devoured. The ones that get devoured are turned into NPCs, their souls eaten..

An investigation starts as to why there are shadows around and who or what created them. Kanade gets summoned by Yurippe as she is considered the main culprit.

A heated discussion between the two, I still think Kanade is really cute though =p.

OMG, what do we have here?! Kanade sprouting wings, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a while, it looks amazing. Though it only lasted for a few seconds. wow.. just wow

Everyone is hacking and slashing away on these shadows and during the fight, Yurippe finds out that NPCs are turning into them..

Otonashi, Hinata and Naoto are busted by Yurippe. She knows that those three are helping others to ‘disappear’, thus she gathered everyone (not the ones in the Guild it seems) and tells them that they can either choose to stick around or disappear like Yui and Iwasawa did. Yurippe also realized that Kanade isn’t an Angel at all, she’s just a human like everyone else, does that mean Kanade can finally join the SSS? I don’t know but Yurippe does trust Kanade and isn’t keen on fighting with her.. ever again.

Yurippe is like a captain of the ships, she probably will go down with it. If not she is the one to leave as last. Her investigation leads her to the library, a place where there are many computers since computers can apparently control NPCs and turn them into shadows.

Someone is stealing computers and is using it for their own good. It seems it could be The Guild, at least the evidence point in that direction. If it is, than I might have an idea of why.. they’re always underground and are creating weapons and whatnot, maybe they got sick and tired of being bossed around and never able to see the daylight. Or they’re just pissed that they didn’t get any airtime since episode 4? orso. I would rather not have seen the shadows but they have to use them to speed up the story. Having each episode dedicated to one person will be extending the series for too long, 2 episode left to go, I’m really looking forward to it. Hopefully everyone can rest in peace and aren’t turned into NPCs, especially not Kanada, Yurippe and Otonashi. I’m rooting for them to survive and end the story well for the viewers.
