JapanJuly 8, 2011Author of Zero no Tsukaima to Undergo Surgery, Novel Release Delayed0by YoU 681 days ago The author of well known Japanese light novel series Zero no Tsukaima (ゼロの使い魔), Noboru Yamaguchi (ヤマグチノボル) said on his Twitter this Friday that he was planning to undergo a major surgery in August this year. So far, no specific detail of the surgery or sickness was revealed but due to this, the schedule of the release of the latest volume of the light novel will be delayed for at least two months. The latest volume (20th) was published in February this year and as we reported before, the author is planning to finish this series at 22nd volume in 2012. In other Tweets, the author also showed him courage and desire to continue his work and said that he won’t give up his work, and will sure to fight and continue to live. All we can do is to send him message of encouragement and wish him getting better.Illustrated by Eiji Usatsuka (兎塚エイジ) and published by MF Bunko J (MF文庫J), Zero no Tsukaima is a series that received lots of attentions and it is also one of the few novel series that I follow. There is a total of three seasons of the series out there but the forth hasn’t decided yet. We can expect it to come when the author finish the last volume next year. So, it won’t be long to wait.[Links: News Source] Zero no Tsukaimaゼロの使い魔Louise is a magician at the Tristein Academy, dubbed with the nickname “Zero Louise” due to her inability to effectively use her magic properly.
