The basic premise of the show is that 2 years ago on Christmas Eve Junichi was stood up and is heartbroken. It’s his second year of high school and things are set to change this Christmas. Essentially the shows entire story is told in one arc (4 episodes). Each arc features one girl who becomes the love interest of Junichi.

High School. Gunfire. Zombies. Big Breasts. Fan service. One may debate of this is the best combination to get the viewer’s attention but apparently it works out. Most of the time, that is. Gakuen Mokushiroku aka High School of the Dead tries what many Hollywood movies failed to accomplish: giving the audience a survival horror film with characters whose struggle to survibe shall move you. Well, I am moved. In fact, I’m so moved by one of the protagonists that I want to throw her out the window immediately!

Seitokai Yakuindomo is one of those kind of anime that are hard to review without haven’t seen. Mini-episodes and a lot of jokes are the quintessence of SYD. Still I tried to give it a try and therefore I analyzed episode 1-6 together with the OP and ED. I concentrated on the style of this show and tried to compare it with other anime.

HTT, is performing Shakespeare’s RoMio and Juliet. ( pun intended ).
It’s so freaking cute to see Mio play as Romeo.
Besides, this is the final episodes before HTT actually takes the stage and play their song, can’t wait!!

Fire Emblem is a series of games which have spanned over the last 20 years. With the release of a new Fire Emblem game in Japan (English release date isn’t known yet) I thought it would be nice to introduce you to some of the other media that the series has produced. The series isn’t known for it’s mainstream popularity so there is a good chance you have never played one of it’s 12 games or seen any related Media (which is even more niche then the games).
