Tony Taka Game: Fault

Tony Taka seems passionate on his work recently. The coming Galgame Furansu Shoujo (仏蘭西少女～La Fille Blanc～) and Fault (フォルト!!) are both illustrated by Tony, one of the best illustrators in the world.

The image above (Ai Saeki, 佐伯藍) is used as the pattern of the 3D mouse pad of the series. Cute~~ To be frankly I don’t really interested in the game itself but the illustrations and characters.

The famous web game My Brute has fired the Europe and American countries in recent months. The server often goes done due to massive connections. Be patient if you want to get in. Type in your name and choose the look and color of your brute, then go and fight. The process is simple. You don’t need to press a key on your keyboard. The fight is automatically done for you. Everything in the system is random. You can gain experience points and weapons during the fight, your health point, strength, agility and speed will grow too.

Also there’s an interesting system named pupil. You can have a pupil when you win the match against a new register member. Your experience points will grow if your pupils continue to fight.

I have tried several accounts on the platform. The hint is, the lucky. All the initial points are depending on the name you typed in, probably other factors unknown to me. If you’re lucky enough, you can get a really nice brute. Also if you want to fight me, just go and shame me (LV4, or this one LV3)^^

Recently China has created a My Brute clone: Tui Tui. A web game platform identical to My Brute but comes with the more Asian and Japanese(?) style characters. Go ahead if you can read Chinese ^^ Or you can start fight against my account (a cute loli ^^).

Just finished reading the ACT.139 of the Skip Beat! Manga and found a message on the front page of this chapter. A message is about the release of the Skip Beat! PlayStation2 game and the official website address. The game is scheduled to release on May 28th 2009, you can have more info on the official website.

Hirokazu Koyama: SilverRain

Who’s Hirokazu Koyama (こやまひろかず, visit blog) ? I guess few people know this guy. But what about when I mention TYPE-MOON any impressions? I guess we are all familiar with Takashi Takeuchi (武内崇) and Nasu Kinoko (奈須きのこ) who work together and even co-found TYPE-MOON. But Hirokazu Koyama did do lots of good artworks, say Mahoutsukai no Yoru (魔法使いの夜, Witch of the Holy Night) which will be illustrated by Hirokazu Koyama and be released some time this year.

And about this SilverRain (シルバーレイン), I guess fewer people know, especially non-Japanese visitors. SilverRain is an online web page game (to me, it seems like an online galgame) created by TommyWalker, illustrated mainly by Hirokazu Koyama, currently only available in Japanese. Basically I have no idea what this game is about and how it works. I was attracted totally by Hirokazu’s illustrations.

It is really hard to read Japanese so if you know more about this game, tell me about it^^

Valkyrie Complex

I don’t play Galgames (eroge) but always attracted by those splendid CGs and illustrations. So does this one, Valkyrie Complex (ヴァルキリーコンプレックス), produced by CIRCUS is one of those erotic games with excellent CGs but also whose plot and lines are still unknown to me. I’m not saying anything offensive towards eroge and in the bottom of my heart I really want to have a try when I’m not too busy. Maybe I prefer those 3D games, like Love Death 2 (らぶデス2) or the ones produced by Illusion in which I can be more “active” ^^.

The CGs of the game are mainly illustrated by Akisoba (秋蕎麦), you can find more of his work in the gallery when it fully recovered.

Front Wing has released its 3D adult game (or, Galgame you prefer) Time Leap in 2007 and is about to announce the new entitled one Time Leap Paradise in spring 2009. One thing spectacular of the new game is that you can make your girls dance (of course you can do other things as well ^^), sounds like the dancing version of Miku. Watch the following video and you will find how advanced Front Wing’s CG technology is, probably be able to compete with Illusion.
