I Have Adolescent Delusions, But I Want to Love!), an Anime of the series is green-lit for production. Written by Torako (虎虎) and illustrated by Nozomi Osaka (逢坂望美), the original light novel is the winner of the encouragement prize in the first Kyoto Animation Award. The Anime will be produced by Kyoto Animation thus we should be more or less confident with the overall quality. Synopsis: Togashi Yuta used to suffer from what is known as chuunibyou (8th grade disease). However he outgrew this phase in his life when entering highschool. But it was there where he met a strange girl named Takanashi Rikka who happened to be inflicted with chuunibyou. Yuta is then forced to make a contract with her. Recently, we have noticed an increasing number of use of Chuunibyo in series, and male in most cases. Probably the author this that the male protagonist at least has some kind of “illness” instead of having nothing but silly personality in order to be a male protagonist.
