The catalog of Comiket 75 started to accept orders one months ago and it’s only available til the 6th. December. This time, like the old ones, the catalog is illustrated by 12 illustrators along with a CD/DVD. I will bring you more about the catalog after it released and you can have a quick preview below.

Every year I wait for two different months, August and December, not just for holidays coming, but the Comiket on those months. After the August Comiket 74, and now the Comiket 75 is coming this December, 28th, 29th and 30th. I’m gonna follow all the way to the Comiket and post related contents, scans, Doujinshi and everything you will wanna know about this big festival. And meanwhile, I am testing the new gallery script called Zenphoto on which I have much confidence that it will soon replace the gallery TheAkiba is using now.

Well, let’s get to the main content of this post. You’ve probably already noticed the girl in the illustration above, which is illustrated by Tony Taka, is the character of CLANNAD, Tomoyo Sakagami (PS. She’s my favorite character in CLANNAD). This (probably) means that Tony’s gonna release his latest work on Comiket 75, Tokyo Bight Sight.

As for both Comiket 75 and Tony Taka, I will bring more news later.

BTW, here’s a fixed version of the illustration above, credited by someone I don’t know.

I’m always interested in the IN (Insert Song) of the third episode of anime series Chaos;Head. The song, Haritsuke no Misa (磔のミサ), is sung by FES (CV:Yui Sakakibara/榊原ゆい) from a band called PHANTASM (ファンタズム). In the series, the song is a prophecy one, the lyrics itself describes the murder event.

The second track is also the IN of the third episode, however, I don’t seem to remember of it, probably the song sung in the LIVE of PHANTASM beofre Haritsuke no Misa.

Last but not least, let’s review the famous phrase of the series.

And finally it comes! I’ve been waiting for this Single for months since the first time I watched the series. The OP of the anime has been released for a couple of weeks, and there it comes. Compared with OP by Mami, I’d like to say that I prefer the ED, which is more sweet and smooth.

Yeah, it finally comes after waiting for nearly a week. Some fans of Chaos;Head and Seira Kagami keep on asking me on the comments whether the version of ED of the anime is from the Single, and to which I cannot answer since I hadn’t got the Single at that moment. And now everything seems to be solved, there’s the Single! And YES, the version I put up few days ago should be the Single version though the volumn of that track is bit low.

Actually I got the APE version and convert it to the 320Kbps MP3 files since the original version is a little bit huge (140MB). BTW, a wallpaper (1600×1200) of the series is presented below. Enjoy~~

I’ve been reading books and articles these days, finding that a good website (not necessary to be a blog) should have its own theme and style. Simply using themes created by other designers doesn’t make me feel happy and satisfied. After poking around all those spectacular websites and blogs, I came up with a idea of creating my own theme and style of TheAkiba.

I’m not a hard working guy, nor a experienced programmer or designer, learning PHP or CSS is a little bit tough to me. Fortunately, thanks to the beauty of Wordpress, I am now able to use CSS only to design my own theme.

The new theme may not come until few months I think, in part of my study schedule, in part of othre stuffs I have to handle. But anyway, thank you for your support and I’m gonna keep up the good work.

Cute Japanese High School Girls Round 2! When doing this, it occurred to me that I’m really fond of school uniform, not just those beautiful Seifuku in Anime, but in the real world. Girls in school uniform always look beautiful, pure, and, of course, young!

The ED of the second season of Gundam 00 Prototype is schedule to release on December 3rd, and the following version was recorded from the PV of the track.

Seira Kagami’s latest Single first sight is schedule to released on tomorrow and I will put up the link to the whole disc as soon as I get it. The ED of Chaos;Head is included as the second track of this Single.
