Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko TV Anime in April 20133

According to the trailer during AFA2012 Singapore, TV Anime Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko (変態王子と笑わない猫。, The “Hentai” Prince and the Stony Cat) will be aired in next Spring, coming April 2013. The original light novel was written by Sou Sagara (さがら 総) and illustrated by Kantoku (カントク), one of the famous illustrator while the TV Anime adaptation was announced back in late June this year. J.C. Staff will be responsible for the Anime production. From the screenshots of the trailer below and guess if they can make it constantly  the upcoming Anime will be of good quality.
