TheAkiba.com has been indexed for a while and it’s welcome to have any kind of link exchange. Anyone that owns an anime/jpop/japanese culture related website can have a link exchange with TheAkiba:

• The number of visitors your site receives is not relevant, not even a domain is required (but geocities is too bad XP).
