Movie Announced: Kizumonogatari, Prequel of Bakemonogatari2

Bakemonogatari (化物語), one of the hottest Anime in 2009 is going to find it’s way to the cinema. Kizumonogatari (傷物語), the prequel of Bakemonogatari, was finally confirmed as a movie instead of TV series adaption back in June 2010.

Originally written by Ishin Nishio (西尾 維新), the one-volume light novel Kizumonogatari is a prequel to the Bakemonogatari series. It will mainly be the story between Araragi and Shinobu Oshino (忍野 忍, or Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade), the vampire. Check out the official website for more information and will keep on tracking the events about the date of movie.
