Didn’t crack into the tracks since the start but later quickly fall in love with the series, as well as the music. Just love the CD cover and it’s of beauty that Kanade playing piano. There’s a little pity that Kanade isn’t the heroine of the series (she is?) yet not surprisingly that she ranks in the first place of any Angel Beats! poll.

The Single is performed by TETSUYA who is also the leader and bassist of Japanese rock band L’Arc~en~Ciel. However, I don’t really like the voice of TETSUYA compared with Hyde in the band. Yes, Hyde is always the best among all the Japanese singers in my mind. Get it on Play-Asia or CDJapan. You may also want to check out the ending theme of the series.

New Single Preview: Pure Pure Heart0by YoU 626 days ago This is the TV size version of song which was played in K-ON!!’s latest episode (episode 7) named Pure Pure Heart (ぴゅあぴゅあはーと). Quite enjoy the track and to me, it’s much better than the OP and ED of the second season of the Anime. Also this is the first time the story talks about the Mio Fan Club. The Single will be released on June 2nd which includes the school song (桜が丘女子高等学校校歌). Guess it will be one of the biggest hit on that day.

Voiced by mao, Kimi no Kioku (君ノ記憶) is really an attractive track of the season. And for the Anime, which is quite above my expectation, is really a sweet appetizer of the month. Backed by one of the hottest Anime of the season, CALLING is, to me, just above the average level of the tracks of Anime series of the season. Yet the story of the series is quite better than expected. Cannot wait for the next episode.

Personally consider the series one of the best of the season and was surprised when noticed there were two versions on aired in Japan (you can also find online resources for both of them, please note that one of them only suitable for grown-ups). Quite satisfied with the series so far and the male protagonist is quite different from the average Harem Anime ones. Highly recommended for the season. Prefer the opening theme, check it out here.

Thousand Enemies is performed by LiSA as Yui (voiced by Eri Kitamura (喜多村 英梨), sung by LiSA) and was played in episode 5. The Sinlge is really nice but I like the first Sinlge Crow Song much better. Also wonder if there will be a third insert music Single and this time will another girl disappear?

Ookiku Furikabutte ~Natsu no Taikai-hen~ (おおきく振りかぶって ～夏の大会編～), to me, is really an unique one to follow. One of the highlights is the music, especially the ending theme Shisou Densha (思想電車) of the series. The ED is performed by CureaL (チュール) and will be released on June 9. Guess there’s still some time to wait. The following version is recorded from the full PV of the ED.
