Review: To Aru Majutsu no Index – Episode 2 + Ending Song Rimless0

Well, the second episode has just released and thanks to all the staffs who produced the excellent anime. The second episode mainly focus on the battle between Toma and the fire magician Suteiru Magunusu (Stiyl Magnus). Toma this time uses his ability to cancel all the attack from Stiyl until the magican summons the fire monster Innocentius, King of Witch Hunter (maybe this name). With the help from Index (she seems to be unconscious at that moment), Toma is able to hit a punch on Stiyl’s face in the end.

Next thing, since the ending song will be released in the late November (drives me mad…), I again record it form the anime.

To me, Stiyl seems no enough to be a bad guy because his looking at Index kindly, though his rude behavoir towards Index before (stepped Index on her face…). A great punch. Magic seems to me to be useless under some conditions. Say, when it’s rain, you cannot use fire. And that’s why Stiyl loses the match.

Mikoto is an interesting girl and always want to have a match with Toma. Probably my favorite character in the series. BTW, she’s a middle school girl.

Everybody seems to be disappoint about this scene. Cigartte butts and beer cans every where. People who like the teacher may fall from the heaven. Well, I am not a loli kon, so, never mind.

Toma is very sad when Index says that he cannot help her and the only way is to leave her alone since his ability will cancel all the magic in the room.

Kaori Kanzaki, a new character, probably a partner of Stiyl. She looks beautiful and cool, but she’s the person who hurt Index (probably using her Katana, the sword). However, Index’s wound is unexpected since she didn’t know the cloth Index wears was destoryed by Toma’s right hand. It occurred to me that I like this character since the first beginning (in the opening song). Glad to seem her become one of the team later.
