Rumor: Full Metal Panic 4th Season Coming?

According to the leak cover of the latest volume (15th) of the Manga of series Full Metal Panic (フルメタル·パニック!), a big news is about to be released. The Manga is about to released on May 9 and we will confirm the rumor at that moment.

The original light novel of the series has ended last year with a total of 12 volumes. Folks who have read the novel might have already known the ending but we would like to stay quiet for those who do not want to learn about the ending yet. As for the Anime, the first season of the series was aired during 2002. The second season of the series was aired in 2003 and with a focus on the romantic comedy side and was extremely fun to watch. The third season Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid was aired in 2005, together with the OVA in 2006 and yes, I am personally a big fan of Tessa.

It has been six after the third season, what can we expect? A movie? A new OVA? And please, a fourth season! Stay with us for the latest news.

hi im also big fan of fmp.i wish there's a 4th season for this anime..i mean they cannot just leave us hanging.hehe.i realy love to watch how would the love story of kanami and sousuke end..and the second raid, they just revealed new things,.its kind of another long story to come...like the brother of tessa?how would mithril be able to deal with him?..please just dont leave us clueless.thank you.

I started watch FMP and it's now one of the best anime I've ever seen. In a week I've seen every episode and read the manga.

Ok now, so what is an estimate of when the next season of FMP! will be released? I love FMP! and I personally don't think I'v constantly laughed so hard at an anime series in my life ~referring to Fumoffu~. I don't read the manga because I already started the anime, so I refuse to read the manga unless someone strongly recommends. Please reply ^^.

I have not read that much manga because i prefer the anime, however in order to fulfill my great desire of FMP i tried reading manga at once, and you know what? I laughed the same way i laughed at the anime series so I recommend you to read while waiting for another season of FMP...

I read about the official posting once the 15th volume of Fmp sigma came out. It said that they will probably be doing another series of fmp in the manga ten years after the original. About the anime, I'm hoping that the release of the final fourth season book (fmp sigma volume 15)in May means that they have translated it by now and plan on making the fourth season anime very soon. :) btw, if you haven't read the manga, I HIGHLY reccomend it! <3

Both seasons are fantastic! Tessa is fantastic! God dammit... I think I am hyperventilating with this news.... I think I would go into cardiac arrest if this rumor would prove false... PLEASE make it become reality!!! I need more FMP! Hopefully now with Haruhi out of the way Kyoto Animation can spare some staff from K-On to make this happen >< DO IT NAOW!

I can tell that from your avatar :) And I do hope it will be true but personally I prefer the second season a little bit more. It's fun and very fun :)
