Anime ChannelOctober 7, 2011Senhime Zesshou Symphogear TV Anime in January 20120by YoU 227 days ago According to the latest issue of monthly Newtype magazine, original TV music battle Anime series Senhime Zesshou Symphogear (戦姫絶唱シンフォギア) will premiere in January 2012. The official website of the series is still under construction, and will open next week on October 10th. We will bring more details when available. The Anime revolves around two girls of a top vocal group named Zweiwing who fight to save humanity against a threat known as “Noise.” Probably too early to say that they are telling an old story. One thing that I think we need to point out is the cast staff. You may heard of the two main casts of the series, Nana Mizuki (水樹 奈々) and Minami Takayama (高山 みなみ). You probably won’t need to much introduction about Nana Mizuki, she has voiced lots of welcome characters like Saya Kisaragi from Blood-C, Ricotta Elmar from Dog Days and Kanon Seena from Shining Tears X Wind. And Minami Takayama, being the singer of Two-Mix, also voiced the protagonist of one of the longest series in the Anime industry, Conan Edogawa. The two main casts both have a background as a singer, thus we probably won’t be disappointed for the music of the coming series. Some of the October series have already aired.
