Since I haven’t play the Shining Wind game on PlayStation 2 I have no ideas about this character. Elmina does not appear even in the Anime Shining Tears X Wind, but in Shining Wind X. Not sure about the information but it will be welcomed since it’s illustrated by our famous Tony Taka.Also you can preorder on Jlist.com.
