Spring season - Initial thoughts

All the spring Anime series have had their chances to air their first few episodes and having watched some of them I want to quickly give my thoughts and opinion about it. Let’s start of with… K-ON!!

K-ON!! hasn’t changed much compared to the first season, I really liked the first season and got addicted to the ending of it. The second season is adorable too, the whole group is back and they’re practicing for their upcoming concert. Kyo-Ani definitely put more moe in this season, sometimes I think they exaggerated it a bit but overall great watch far. PS. Mio was the one taking a picture but still Azu-nyan is cute, right?

Kaichou wa Maid-sama!: So far the best series I’ve seen, it is based on a shoujo manga and it’s just amazing. It isn’t thát original, it’s your average high school romance but the theme is really alluring and after KnT ended I just needed another series to fill the void. Episode 1 really caught my attention, might be because of the romance in it but it’s probably the cuteness of the protagonist . She’s amazing in her maid dress ^_^v

B gata H Kei: Weird series, can’t really say much about it. It was just awkward to watch and it certainly wasn’t entertaining.

Working!!: The first episode of this series aired a month ago and I kind of forgot about it but after seeing the first few minutes of episode 2 everything came back. I love the atmosphere and the comedy in it. I just had to grin and smile all the way through, I like how the protagonist loves small and cute things.

Kiss x Sis: This wasn’t really what I expected it to be, it’s like I’ve watched a hentai series with clothes on. The OVA was, to be honest, fun to watch but having a whole series of this anime might be too much.

Angel Beats!: It started really really slow with episode one, it left me with more questions than answers however it changed with episode 2. From the start of the episode the story just drew me in, it’s just really good. The characters are funny, the jokes might be already used in the other KEY series but are still funny. The opening of this series, especially the first few seconds where only the piano is playing it just gorgeous. I want the OST D=.

hah! It’s a scene from I think Resident Evil, you know, the one where these lasers come and slice and dice you.

Mayoi Neko Overrun!: More like Moe Neko Overrun and this person is especially excited k1y0. I didn’t really pay attention to the seiyuus but it seems there are some amazing ones in it. I did like the first episode, the characters are pretty well mixed and you have a lot of crazy characters. Cuteness overload <3 You just got to love pantsu and tsunderes.

Senkou no Night Raid: This series started kind of strange and they were apparently speaking Chinese, horrible Chinese. Though the story is about the Japanese secret service of some kind and they got super powers. It is based on real events, but I’ve never heard of the war that is shown in this series. Quite interesting watch, going to follow up with episode 2 ^^. It gives out the vibes I had from Darker than black.
