Anime Adaptation Confirmed? To Love-Ru Darkness Announcement Coming12

We talked about the rumor of Anime adaptation of Manga series To Love-Ru Darkness (To LOVEる ダークネス) by Saki Hasemi (長谷見 沙貴) and illustrated by Kentaro Yabuki (矢吹 健太朗) a few months ago. Today, we obtain further information from the official Twitter account of Jump Square magazine indicating SQ.19 Winter will be released on February 18, together with an important announcement of To Love-Ru Darkness.

Fans should be aware of these kind of marketing strategy and we are going to have a really good outcome later. The announcement could be a TV Anime but considering the nature (Ecchi and NSFW) of the Manga, OVAs could be another possible choice. As you can see from the above screenshot, the cover (six heroines of To Love-Ru Darkness according to Twitter) of the magazine has not yet been revealed. Her father wants her to return so she can marry one of the husband candidates, but she decides that she wants to marry Rito in order to stay on Earth.

    I’m not saying they shouldn’t make an anime, but this show is pretty heavy ecchi, and if this anime is just going to be a series of magical light rays or annoying censoring graphics they might as well not bother making it.

      Yeah with Darkness being pretty NSFW and worse than To Love-Ru in terms of ecchiness.

      Have you watched the previous seasons?? they were not “hardcore” they were quite ok and yeah there’s a lot of comedy so its actually a really fun series to watch.

    To love ru Darkness is the latest manga chapters which split off from to love ru for some reason i forget the important part is that to love ru is pretty ecchi and to loveru darkness is super ecchi if they make that manga into a show it better air late because otherwise it’ll end up like kissxsis or Seikon no Qwaser where have the show is edited out and you can’t watch it till the director’s cut is released.

    well… in my opinion it should be a internet series only, i agree that it would be cool for this to be in tv but they would take the fun inappropriate parts away. I only watch the uncensored episodes because it would make the viewer get hook in the series. I don’t even care about the nudity but that’s the fun part about the series, every girl loves him and he is clumsy. I would never watch it on TV, i would wait for this to be in the internet.     Sorry if my spelling is off, i’m just have 1 and a half years learning English and maybe in the future, Japanese.
