At the end of the last episode of the second season of Date A Live, instead of a third season, a movie of the series was announced. For those who are disappointed with the quality of the animation of the second season, it is great news to learn that the movie quality similar to the first season is coming back.
Guess we are late for the recommendation of the season but here we are. The season was, not so great as it supposed to be when we first brought the entire list to our readers last month. I did spend some time to follow up the episodes and some of the great series just disappointed me, guess I was having too much expectation. Nevertheless, there are some really shinning dark horses in the season and one of them is Sidonia no Kishi, a 3D TV Animation that is as good as Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio in last October. Here comes a new season. Wonder how did you enjoy series of this Winter. We’ve fallen in love with several outstanding stories during the earlier period of the year, and we’ve had fun. Of course, we cannot fail to mention some of their names like Mikakunin de Shinkoukei, the one just ended yesterday at 12th episode, Buddy Complex which was scheduled to have a second cour after the final episode next week. And of course some of them are going to continue airing through this Spring like Nisekoi. If you haven’t watched some of them, maybe it’s about time. Friends, rejoice. Here comes the long-awaited announcement. According to the official website, the second season of TV Anime Date a Live will be aired in April 2014. With the original light novel written by Koshi Tachibana and illustrated by Tsunako, the first season of the TV Anime was aired back in April this year, and at the last episode the second season was announced.

So far no further announcement was made and of course, will get back to this. As you can see from the video, Yamai Sisters, Miku Izayoi and our Black Tohka showed up. For folks who have read the novel, you will know that the story will get more and more exciting and interesting. For folks who haven’t watched or somehow missed it, you might want to give it a try.
It is time to talk about the new series this Spring, wonder how you like it so far. It is actually a season full of surprises, and I have to say that I like most of them. Apart from several well known sereis like Oreimo and Railgun, there are some really good light novel adaptations like RDG: Red Data Girl by P.A. Works and Hataraku Maousama!. Also we have some surprises from few less known original series which turns out to be one of the best of the season, the Kakumeiki Valvrave. Spring is just around the corner and most of the new series will begin airing next week, with several titles scheduled to be air during this weekend, like Date a Live, which is presumed to be one of the most expected series this Spring, with all the expensive investments the producers made. Other than that, we are going to have lots of interesting new series, as well as some sequels like Oreimo, Railgun and Nyaruko, for which fans have been waiting for a long time. Apart from these exciting series, we also have some original Anime like Red Data Girl by PA Works, and light novel series Hataraku Maousama! follows the end of Maoyuu, Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. follows the end of Haganai.
According to Fujimishobo, the OVA of upcoming April TV Anime Date A Live was announced and will be bundled with the 9th volume of the original light novel in December. The TV Anime of the series was announced more than one year ago and it will finally be aired in this Spring, starting from March 30 on Niconico and other TV channels follow. As for the story of the OVA, it will be something about the unaired 13th episode of the TV Anime.
Publisher Fujimi Shobo has announced the production of an anime based on a Light Novel from Koshi Tachibana’s Date A Live it will start airing in April this year. The Light Novel is about Shidou Itsuka who meets a spirit named Tōka Yatogami which destroyed the humanity 30 years ago and now back the only way to stop her is to date her.
According to Fujimi Fantasia Bunko, Japanese light novel Date A Live was green-lit for Anime adaptation. According to the publisher themselves, they never thought of making the Anime adaptation so quick for the series. Written by Koshi Tachibana and illustrated by Tsunako, the first volume of the novel was just released in March. You can check out the official website of the novel for more PV and related stuffs.
