January 2015 New Anime Guide

Welcome to the new year. So here is our latest preview of new TV Anime coming this Winter, starting from next week. What, having a boring weekend? Well, something great is just around the corner. We have over 30 series this coming around and have to say that I am not very excited about most of them. With a moderate expectation in mind, we do have some shining titles like the new Monogatari series which just finished aired this week, some really well promoted and fan orientated products like Kantai Collection and Cinderella Girls.

It’s getting bit cool recently in New York and by checking out the calendar, it’s almost Fall, another new season that we Anime fans are all waiting for. We have probably over 50 TV series in this season and I basically list about 37 titles below which I think you may want to check out. At an early glance of the long list, I know I am going to have a busy Fall. After taking all the previous expectations and rumors into consideration, the following are series may worth a try at this early stage. Series like Kyoukai no Kanata from Kyoto Animation, Nagi no Asukara by P.A. Works, Strike the Blood from Silver Link, Little Busters! Refrain from Key, White Album 2 from Leaf and so forth.

Kuroko no Basuke Second Season Announced

According to Shonen Jump, second season of TV Anime Kuroko no Basuke (Kuroko’s Basketball) was announced. Written by Tadatoshi Fujimaki, Kuroko no Basuke is a Japanese Manga revolves around a high school basketball team making their way to nationals. The Manga started back in 2008 and the first season of the TV Anime ended this September.

It has been a month since the airing of the new Anime this Spring, wonder how you like the series so far. At first glance, there are lots of nice series that you may wish to follow. Second thought, there are also many series you may just want to pass and it’s pure personal preference. Thus in this post, I will go though some of the most recommended and leaving the rest of them to be chosen by our readers.


April 2012 New Anime Guide

One week before April and half of the new series of this winter were ended, leaving the other half to be end next week. Some of the well received series like Zero no Tsukaima and Shakugan no Shana ended today and yesterday, Guilty Crown ended this week, leaving us much to expect in the coming weeks. As for the upcoming new season, we have loads of new series coming as usual. Since there are too many series coming out this Spring, in this post, I will just go through a handful of them (a handful still means 30) which I think is of high quality or popularity.
