After releasing Shining Hearts and Shining Blade in almost two consecutive years, SEGA is announcing its latest work from the Shining Series Shining Ark will be released in this winter on February 28, 2013 on PSP. For the new game, it will revolve around a young man Fried and a girl named Panis. Of course, we cannot fail to mention the voice actors and actresses of the series as Hiroshi Kamiya and Houko Kuwashima will be playing the two protagonists respectively.
It has been a month since the airing of the new Anime this Spring, wonder how you like the series so far. At first glance, there are lots of nice series that you may wish to follow. Second thought, there are also many series you may just want to pass and it’s pure personal preference. Thus in this post, I will go though some of the most recommended and leaving the rest of them to be chosen by our readers.
One week before April and half of the new series of this winter were ended, leaving the other half to be end next week. Some of the well received series like Zero no Tsukaima and Shakugan no Shana ended today and yesterday, Guilty Crown ended this week, leaving us much to expect in the coming weeks. As for the upcoming new season, we have loads of new series coming as usual. Since there are too many series coming out this Spring, in this post, I will just go through a handful of them (a handful still means 30) which I think is of high quality or popularity.
After a long time of waiting, the promotion video of PSP game series Shining Blade finally comes. The 215-minute video was streamed on Gamer featuring the battle system and character introductions. If you are a fan of the Shining series from SEGA, you should already familiar with the characters since the new game will be feature characters from the previous series with an really old story and plot. And perhaps Tony Taka’s great illustrations and all the exciting cast staffs’ performance will be the only selling points this March.
We’ve just mentioned the announcement of the upcoming Shining Hearts TV Anime a couple of days ago, now we have another great news from the game maker of the series. After the long wait, finally SEGA has announced its latest work of the Shining series Shining Blade to be released on March 15, 2012. Like the previous series Shining Hearts, Shining Blade will still be running on PSP and we fans are happy not to line up for the upcoming PS Vita this weekend.
According to the official website and also the Bushiroad Strategic Presentation 2011 event announced on Wednesday, a TV Anime adaptation of SEGA’s PSP RPG series Shining Hearts was announced and will be aired in next Spring, April 2012 by Production I.G. Have been waiting for this figure to be released since I have played the PSP game Shining Hearts. The figure was released on May 27 2011, with a 1/8 scale and a price tag 7,140 JPY of from Kotobukiya.
Shining Hearts, the first game of Shining series from SEGA I played, also the first PSP RPG game I played. Released back at the end of 2010, the quality of the game, judging from the details released at the official website and over populated “illustrated by Tony Taka”, is just awesome and there could be tens of thousands of reason that I will need to give it a shot. So I did.
Another Shining series after Shining Tears, Shining Wind and again this time, as always, the characters are illustrated by our favorite illustrator Tony Taka while on PSP instead. The latest COMIKET (C79) is on the way and guess we should have a lot to expect this Winter.
